Gliding all the while looking for something,
Fatigue penetrating every feather,
Black wings with white tops and tips fail to flap,
Slowly at first, but steadily getting faster,
She descends,
Losing consciousness,
Plummeting towards the occult forest below.

Another from Quizilla- just a random short story/poem thing that popped in my head when I was reading Maximum Ride, it has been severely edited so that it sounds better and there are no longer spelling mistakes.
Original description: I had no idea for the title and i may use this for a part of a story or something im not shure what yet i'll probably change it if i do... it was an idea i came up with, and i know i cant spell, it just cant be helped...lol
Note: If you don't get it then look up maximum ride- the 'she' im talking about in here isnt part of the books though just a different mutated avian-human sub-species.
